Station # 17 Sit-up

The introductory sign and stations are spaced along a jogging trail of 1/4 to 1 mile or longer. The beginning stations are carefully graduated warm up exercises which could be placed fairly close together. The rest of the stations, positioned along the remaining trail, can be combined with jogging to exercise all the major muscle groups.
